Orthosmile is London’s premier orthodontic group. With clinics in Kensington, Earl's Court and Hounslow, we’ve been providing the utmost in orthodontic care for the last nineteen years. Having undertaken over 30,000 successful treatments to date, and with a very large number of dentists regularly referring their patients to us, we have a very well-established reputation for clinical excellence. Both our practices are mixed – accepting NHS patients (under 18’s who qualify under NHS guidelines) and also private patients (of all ages).

Dr Alimadadian is a renowned specialist orthodontist, with a plethora of postgraduate qualifications and trainings. His ethos in founding the Orthosmile clinics was to focus on quality of care, expertise and service.
